Q: Is there a sales tax?

A: The state of California is subject to 9.5% sales tax.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

A: We do not offer gift cards at the moment.

Q: I need to make change to an existing order?

A: Please email us at info@wolfandlamb.com with your order information and we will accommodate the changes before the order is shipped. Our shipping department is closed Saturday and Sundays, but will respond first thing on Monday!

Q: Are there exchanges or returns?

A: Domestic Customers: Absolutely!! If you are not happy with the purchase, please email us at info@wolfandlamb.com, to get the ball rolling.  We have a 14-business day grace period from when you received your package; candles must not have been used/lit. Unfortunately, shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense and we will not be able to refund original shipping costs. Once a package is picked up and scanned by the courier we are no longer in control of the package and will be unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

International Customers: W+L is unable to offer exchanges on international orders. Returns for a refund are possible, however, customers will have to cover return shipping costs and original shipping costs are not refundable.

Q: Can I return sale items?

A: Unfortunately, all sale products are non-refundable and are final sale. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Q: Where can I find Wolf and Lamb candles in my area?

A: We are currently being stocked by TJMaxx, Marshalls, Home Goods, and TJX UK. If you do not find our product on their shelves, please try our online store.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Absolutely, we are happy to ship internationally.

Q: Is shipping free?

A: Domestic shipping is free if you spend over $75 dollars.

Q: What mail couriers do you use?

A: We ship our candles with Federal Express and United States Parcel Service.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Depending on the type of shipping you choose. Regular shipping will take around 5-7 business days, please allow 2-3 business days for packing.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?

A: You will receive and email with tracking information when your candle(s) have been packed and are ready to be shipped.

Q: Do you offer rush delivery?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer rush delivery.
