Domestic Customers: Absolutely!! If you are not happy with the purchase, please email us at email@example.com, to get the ball rolling. We have a 14-business day grace period from when you received your package. Unfortunately shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense and we will not be able to refund original shipping costs. Once a package is picked up and scanned by the courier we are no longer in control of the package and will be unable to replace missing or stolen packages.
International Customers: W+L is unable to offer exchanges on international orders. Returns for a refund are possible. Customers will have to cover return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not included in refunds for return orders.
Sale Items: Unfortunately, all sale products are non-refundable and are final sale. Sorry for the inconvenience.
